Requirements of Victors for this program are as follows

• Victors need to have a meaningful, committed, and consistent relationship with Jesus Christ

• Victors need to be good listeners, and willing to hear out the individual whom they are helping

• It is vital that Victors have the ability to stay on topic whilst speaking with their mentee

• Victors must be individuals who take initiative, and ensure this ministry fulfills its mission

• Victors must be available to their mentee, ensuring they are fulfilling needs

• It is important that the Victor have biblical knowledge, as this ministry is based upon the Bible and communicating with God through His word

• Under no circumstances should the Victor break their confidentiality, except as required by applicable law.
